I remember staying to the side of the puddle and walking along...amazed that my daughter just marched down the middle. No care in the world, not thoughts on taking another route but the one that seemed more fun. When does it happen? That moment when you decide to walk carefully on the edge?
I was reminded again today in line at Target as my daughter played peek-a-boo with the child in front of us...and they giggled and played until he was gone. They acted on their impulse without thinking about it. They don't over think things, they don't over analyze everything. I want to try and walk down the middle of the puddle...don't you?
